Who are the healthcare provider on the V & M Platform.

Every doctor and nurse practitioner within the V & M network holds a valid license to practice in the US. Prior to joining our platform, each professional undergoes a thorough background check and license verification process.

Can I use my health insurance to pay for a visit and/or medication?

V and M doesn't accept health insurance for visits at this time. You can submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee they’ll reimburse you.

How does V and M protect my health information?

V and M protects your health information by strictly following the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA governs what V and M and your healthcare providers can do with your medical information, as well as your contact and payment information.
